Welcome to Paragon Recovery's Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) page. We understand that every individual's journey to recovery is unique, and we are committed to providing a comprehensive treatment approach that meets each individual's needs. Our IOP program is designed to provide a structured and supportive environment for individuals who require intensive treatment but do not require 24/7 supervision.
Our IOP program includes both group and individual therapy sessions, which are tailored to meet each individual's unique needs. Group therapy provides individuals with the opportunity to connect with others who are facing similar challenges, while individual therapy sessions allow our team of experienced professionals to provide personalized support and guidance.
Our IOP program meets Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., allowing individuals to maintain their daily routine while receiving the support they need to achieve long-term recovery. One-on-one case-manager and therapy sessions are scheduled throughout the course of treatment to ensure that each individual receives the support they need to achieve their goals.
At Paragon Recovery, we understand that addiction and mental health disorders can impact every aspect of an individual's life. Our IOP program is designed to provide individuals with the tools and support they need to overcome these challenges and achieve long-term recovery. We offer a range of evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused therapy.
